If you haven’t listened to Feist’s latest album, Metals, yet, this is the perfect opportunity to dig into it thanks to NPR and KCRW streaming a live 8 song performance. The album, which had it’s US release date Oct 4, was also recorded live over a two and a half week span in a house on the NoCal coastline so, needless to say, the NPR performance is pretty close to the album. Oh, and the video here is Feist performing one of my favorites from Metals, “How Come You Never Go There,” on Jools Holland. She totally kills it at the 1:08 mark.
