The Fender Telecaster pictured was signed by Rock & Roll Hall-of-Famer, well known New Jerseyan, and frequent Jack’s customer, Bruce Springsteen. Jack’s has been for decades and is something of a staple in Central New Jersey for those of us who still forgo the instant gratification of the iTunes store and love spending hours in a record store sifting through milk-crates to find an undiscovered gem. Jack’s is the kind of place that you pop into to looking for one specific album but then wind up walking out with an armful of records; it’s the kind of place where the next song that comes on over the speakers might introduce you to your new favorite band. It’s also the kind of place where you might run into The Boss himself shopping for new music, which is pretty cool.
