I’ve really taken to Oxford-based band Foal’s sophomore release, Total Life Forever. While some criticize the album for packing less of a punch than debut album, Antidotes, I would argue that what it lacks in”dance” it more than makes up for with substance. Lead off single, This Orient, in particular showcases the band’s maturation as well as the aspects that made Antidotes such a hit. Lyrics here.
