I’ve always been amazed by the power of art & music and the way they manage to bring people together—bypassing the usual dividing lines of age, race, gender, and creed—so I was totally stoked when I checked the recent visitor statistics for 34th and Now with Stat Counter and came across the map above.
Every pin in the map represents an area where someone has recently viewed this blog, and while I honestly never would have expected to be getting readers from some of these places I do find it rather cool to think that they came to 34th and Now—which is largely an art/music site—because they liked the same music and art that I do, despite living thousands of miles away and speaking different languages. It just goes to show yow universal art truly really is and how important it is to the human experience.
Here’s a list of a few of the places people have checked out 34th and Now:
- Philadelphia, PA
- New York, New York
- Miami, FL
- San Fransico, California
- Sao Paulo, Brazil
- Singapore, Singapore
- Osaka, Japan
- London, UK
- Glasgow, UK
- Toronto, Canada
- Lisbon, Portugal
- Auckland, New Zealand
- Santiago, Chile
- Granada, Spain
- Wuppertal, Germany
- New Delhi, India
- Brno, Czech Republic
- Tijuana, Mexico
- Amsterdam, Netherlands
- Sydney, Australia
